The ashram offers various yoga courses like 200 hour yoga teacher training in ashtanga and kundalini style. We also offer a 200 hour meditation teacher training course specifically designed to learn meditation techniques. 

Other courses we offer mainly 300 and 500 hour multi style yoga teacher training course and wellness retreat. All courses are accredited with yoga alliance USA certification.
