We operate all over Malaysia and our Security Managers and Offices are mainly ex-servicemen from the Armed Forces, Royal Malaysia Police, and Johor Royal Army. The officers play an important role in guiding and training our security personnel to execute professional and exemplary job delivery in whatever assignment we undertake. Statistically, our company consists of 75% Bumiputera Guards, 12% Indian Guards, 6 % Chinese Guards, and 2% guards of other races. Our guard's age ranges from 20 to 59 years. Womo Security guards are screened and vetted to be free from criminal associations and character defects before employment.
