W5 Coaching

W5 Coaching is a business coaching practice founded by John Nieuwenburg, serving business owners in Kelowna, British Columbia and across Canada. Operating since 2004, it has helped hundreds of small and mid-sized business owners build companies that run profitably without depending on the owner for every decision. The name refers to the five core questions - Who, What, When, Where and Why - that shape a Socratic approach built on asking the right questions rather than handing out generic answers. W5 Coaching works with owners of professional services firms, construction and trades businesses, and manufacturers, focusing on reclaiming owner time, increasing profitability, and building self-managing teams. Sessions are held by phone or video.
