Stellar Health Nutrition is a registered dietitian practice in Wilmington, North Carolina, serving adults in person at our Chestnut Street office and by telehealth across North Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, and Washington, DC. We specialize in kidney nutrition for chronic kidney disease and kidney stones, nutrition for adults with ADHD, and care through perimenopause, menopause, and PCOS. We also work with type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, cholesterol, blood pressure, and adults who are done with chronic dieting. Care is individualized, evidence based, and built around your life rather than a meal plan you will not keep. We see adults 18 and older and are in network with Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and United.
