Sarfaraz Naushad Khan (born 22 October 1997 in Mumbai) is an Indian cricketer known for his prolific run-scoring in domestic cricket and his recent elevation to the national Test side.The son of coach Naushad Khan, Sarfaraz began training early and broke into the limelight at age 12 by smashing a record-breaking 439 in a school match, surpassing one set by Sachin Tendulkar.He represented India in the Under-19 World Cups of 2014 and 2016, producing consistent performances which built high expectations.In the Ranji Trophy and first-class cricket, he has been a “run machine”, averaging heavily and compiling big hundreds, including a triple century.He made his Test debut for India in February 2024 against England, scoring twin fifties in his first match.Off the field, he married Romana Zahoor (from Shopian, Jammu & Kashmir) in August 2023.Sarfaraz’s journey reflects patience, grit and relentless domestic success finally rewarded with international opportunity.                                                                                              http://www.sportsvirals.com/sarfaraz-khan/
