Pivot Counseling Group

Counseling, psychotherapy, and coaching to support people in creating meaningful, effective, and full lives. Areas of focus include depression, anxiety, relational challenges, and trauma. Specialties include child/teen, family, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Christian counseling, psychological assessments (testing), and certification in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). The Pivot Counseling Group currently consists of Dr. Timothy Yen, Dr. Tamara Strong-Chavez, Dr. Nikhil Jain, Dr. Selina Johnson, Dr. Timothy Nguyen, Dr. Shawn Frugé, and Dr. Ryan Yam. We also have Dr. Mina Youssef and Dr. Keeban Nam who are adult and pediatric board certified psychiatrists for medication evaluation services.
