Continuity of essential care services—including medication administration, daily living support, and transportation to medical appointments—will be maintained through pre-identified backup staff and alternate housing arrangements when necessary. Critical records and client care plans are securely stored in both physical and electronic formats to ensure uninterrupted access. Communication with clients, families, and stakeholders will be managed through phone, email, and website updates to provide timely information.
