DTF printers with high nozzle density and high DPI provide full-color printing with high resolution and stable detail. Water-based inks, including white inks with a white ink circulation system, form a dense base for multicolor graphics. Then, a hot-melt powder is applied, including TPU powder and adhesive powder, and the powder is fixed through a powder shaker and a shaking and drying system. A drying oven is used. Next, a thermal press is used, which provides direct transfer to the fabric.

UV DTF printing with UV light curing and subsequent lamination through a heated roller is used for printing on hard surfaces. This production process increases the durability of the prints and the versatility of the technology.
