CODET Vision Institute

At CODET Vision Institute, we focus on one thing: precise, patient-first eye care. Our team includes exclusive, fellowship-trained surgeons led by Dr. Arturo Chayet, a pioneer of All-Laser LASIK and early developer of Light Adjustable Lens technology.

We begin with state-of-the-art diagnostics like Anterion and Spectralis to tailor treatment, including Refractive Lens Exchange or IOL surgery, and retina, glaucoma, or oculoplastics procedures.

Located in Tijuana’s Zona Río, just minutes from San Diego, we offer bilingual support, guidance for border crossing, and a calm, modern surgical facility designed for safety, the latest technology, and the quickest recoveries.
