The knee is used forrnmost movements, on top of just walking day to day. A sore knee can really holdrnyou back. Using a knee sleeve can help warm the joint and support the musclesrnand tendons of the joint, allowing for a more pleasant and 'happy' knee. Thernonly problem is they are a pain to put on and take off.Until now!After severalrnyears of intense fitness, my right knee started to ache. The normal approach ofrnphysio, anti-inflammatories and rest only helped short term. Naturally, lrnturned to wearing knee sleeves. It helped to stop the pain returning.The onlyrnproblem was that l had to put them on well before the workout, by removing myrnshoes, fold them down around my ankles, go to the gym, pull them up, do thernworkout, then remove my shoes to take the sleeves off.As someone who overheatsrnand sweats a lot, this didn't help my attitude as it added to my temperature.rnIf l waited and put them on just before the workout, l would forget and then itrnwas too late, no time......there HAD to be a better way.As there was no productrnon the market, l created one. Using my contacts in the custom clothingrnindustry, we developed a velcro knee sleeve that simply wraps around at thernankle and pulls up into place. We tested them with athletes of all differentrnsizes and skill levels. The velcro will hold during ANY lift.We are a familyrnbusiness, based in Sydney North West.
