Bespoke Therapy Collective

Bespoke Therapy Collective is a trauma-focused therapy practice in Centennial, Colorado, seeing adults in person across the Denver metro and statewide by telehealth. Our clinicians offer EMDR therapy, trauma and PTSD treatment, therapy after an abusive relationship, grief and loss counseling, and support for caregivers and people in helping professions. We also work with complex trauma, anxiety, religious and spiritual trauma, and life transitions, using relational and somatic approaches. Every session is nervous-system-informed and paced to what you can hold, not to a protocol. We accept Medicaid, Medicare Part B, and select private insurance. Formerly known as buh•spok Psychotherapy.
