Center City Suites

Center City Suites was created in 2009 in response to a growing demand for short-term furnished housing in Charlotte, NC. A new market segment emerged due to the great recession which involved short-term engagements, relocation, and temporary housing. Hotels were too expensive and lacked extended-stay amenities and apartment rentals lacked flexible lease terms and furnishings. Born was corporate housing and short-term furnished housing for the everyday traveler. The benefits of a short-term lease, fully furnished accommodations, and turn-key housing contributed to the growth of the industry.
