Bloom partners with Malone + Pike to provide architecture to our clients. Malone + Pike is a RIBA Chartered Practice. Malone + Pike bring the highest standards in architecture and design to your home whilst acting with honesty and integrity throughout the project.

Malone + Pike can be appointed for all stages of your build from concept through to completion working closely with our in-house project managers, site managers and contractors to bring the designs to life.

Customers can also appoint us for our architectural services alone. We can work on initial concepts through to construction drawings and local council planning applications.

PRE-PURCHASE SURVEYS

Bloom offer pre-purchase surveys to help understand the opportunity, defects and risks that may be present in your potential new buy.

We visit the property before you purchase it, either with you or with the agent and check for; damp, structural movement, knotweed, defective roofing, glazing, mould, wiring, plumbing, asbestos and drainage issues etc. Basically everything that would be good to know before you buy.

Our report will provide costing estimates for the making good of any defects and any potential future development plans. We’ll make recommendations for next steps, additional surveys by specialists and further support and questions that may come up as a result of the survey.
