How We Began

Founder and Owner Erik Arnett started Arnett’s Water Systems in 1993. Erik was – and still is – passionate about the water systems industry. Since then, this family owned and operated business has served the greater San Diego area. 

For the first 12 years, we thrived on customer referrals and offered a full range of services – from commercial and residential remodels to repair and maintenance. We then pivoted from providing a wide variety of services to focusing on tankless water heaters. Why? We believe in the importance of using environmentally-friendly products. Tankless water heaters are better for the environment. They save our customers money on energy bills and time on maintenance and repairs. 

Where We Are Today

In 2014, Arnett’s Water Systems discovered a demand for water filtration systems due to the low quality of water in San Diego. Shortly after that, we began installing both tankless water heaters and water filtration systems.

With over 25 years of experience in the plumbing industry, we take pride in our quality workmanship and have the training and expertise to achieve the highest level of customer care, reliable service, and consistent quality. We have enjoyed helping thousands of customers in San Diego County improve their water systems.
